GATE TIMES: You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page or the info above for exact times.
PARKING LOTS: Fans will have access to several secure, staffed and lighted parking options as well as a dedicated Rideshare location. Fans can also hop on the brand-new shuttle line that connects Uptown Entertainment District to the Amphitheater. Pre-paid parking options are now available for a smooth arrival! RIDESHARE DROP OFF / PICK UP: If you are coming to the Amphitheater via Rideshare, the rideshare drop off and pick up area will be located at 1212 26th Street North.

WHEN YOU GET HERE: You know the drill—metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped—check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQ.
BAG POLICY: Only small clutches, wristlets or fanny packs no bigger than 6" x 9" OR clear plastic bags no bigger than 12" x 12" x 6" will be allowed inside the venue.
All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.
MOBILE ENTRY: Your phone is your ticket. Before you set off, download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app. More info on mobile tickets HERE.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY: We’re a cash-free venue.
BOX OFFICE: Our Box Office will be open day of show at 3PM.
THE MERCH: Find that coveted merch at our booths in the plazas.
RECYCLING: You’ll find recycling bins throughout Coca-Cola Amphitheater.
WATER: Up to one (1) 1-gallon or smaller in a factory sealed or empty, clear/transparent, bottle per person. Empty reusable bottles permitted. Frozen water bottles and flavored water are not permitted.
ELEVATED HEAT: During events with elevated heat, each guest may bring:
- Up to two empty refillable water bottles or up to two factory-sealed water bottles (max 1 gallon each).
- YETI water refill station is located in the Main Plaza.
- Misting station is located in the Main Plaza.
- Hats, sunglasses, non-aerosol sunblock, personal fans/misters and cooling rags are permitted.
- If you are in need of medical assistance, please find the nearest staff member or head to the Medics located next to the Box Office and Guest Services tent.
