Accessibility

Whatever your needs, let us know how we can help.

Coca-Cola Amphitheater strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to everyone.  For more questions, or information not mentioned below, please contact us before your visit  HERE or email us at Coca-ColaAmpInfo@livenation.com

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:

The main entrance at Coca-Cola Amphitheater is accessible.  If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance is on the Western side of the venue.  There are ramps available at either entrance.  If you require special assistance, please use the main, North East Corner entrance (closest to accessible parking) and a member of the Security or Guest Ambassador can assist you.

Restrooms:

All of the restrooms are accessible.  There are two restroom buildings in the Main Plaza.  All accessible restroom buildings are single user and first come, first served.

Ticketing:

Accessible tickets can be purchased online via coca-colaamphitheater.com.  You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website.  Look for the accessible logo on the Find tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out.  We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets.

Accessible Parking:

We have developed a robust accessible parking plan for the Coca-Cola Amphitheater that will allow for scalable accessibility options depending on estimated attendance per show. Pre-purchase parking spaces will be available in the N1 and N3 parking decks. Pre-purchase accessible parking is available HERE.

Upon arrival, let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you the appropriate location. Even if you have pre-purchased your accessible parking pass, please note that you will still need to present your accessible placard to the parking attendant.

We highly recommend you arrive early to allow for an easy experience. Should the accessible parking areas be full upon your arrival, parking staff will attempt to direct you to a nearby parking lot for purchase.

Courtesy golf carts will be available for transportation to the amphitheater at the corner of 14th Avenue North and 25th Street North and near parking decks N1 and N3. Carts will be running on a continuous loop before and after the show and will be first come, first served. If you will need golf cart shuttle, we suggest parking in lots S10, S12, S14, N1 or N3 for easiest access to the golf cart pick up locations.

Medication needs:

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event.  We cannot store any type of medication.  Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

Dietary Needs:

Coca-Cola Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.

Service Animals:

At Coca-Cola Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA.  This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.  The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations.  Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.

Effective Communication Accommodations:

If you need a sign language interpreter or other communication accommodations for an event—such as real-time captioning, assisted listening devices, or written materials—please submit your request HERE at least two weeks before the show, after you have purchased your tickets. This allows us time to coordinate the appropriate services for your event.

When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or guest ambassador.  We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.

Mobility Device Storage:

Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team.
